Aftercare Advice

KEEPING HYDRATED AND DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER AFTER ANY TREATMENT WILL HELP TO FLUSH OUT TOXINS

It is advisable to avoid a heavy meal and alcohol after any of the sessions and to try and restrict caffeine, nicotine and other stimulants and this will allow your body to concentrate on it’s natural healing, and encourage detoxification.

Reactions are sometimes felt, both good and bad. Please don’t worry, this is just the process of the body cleansing itself of toxins. You may feel relaxed and tired afterwards,  although its not always possible, try to take it easy for a while after a treatment to continue the relaxation process. Please take care if you are driving or working.
