Your hygiene and safety is of paramount importance to The Willows Therapies
- The Willows Therapies always operates an appointment only system
- Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped down between each appointment
- There is adequate ventilation throughout the room, the door may on occasions be open where possible whilst maintaining your privacy and confidentiality
- As part of my good practice guide I will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment for face to face treatments and will wash hands before and after each client interaction
- Personal Protective Equipment will be replaced after every client’s appointment
- Clients appointments will be staggered to enable cleaning between each one
We ask of you, the client
- You can continue to wear a mask for your treatment at your own discretion and arrive on time
- Regular Clients: Come into reception, and come straight to the therapy suite
- New Clients: message me on arrival and I will arrange to meet you at the front door or cafe area so that I can show you to the therapy suite
- Please use the hand sanitiser available at the entrance of the treatment room.
- Please do not come to your appointment if you are ill, please rearrange
- All Willows forms are now online and for any new clients these will need to filled in before your appointment
- Please bring your own water/bottle to rehydrate
- Card or cash payment is accepted
- Please inform me if you or anyone in your household have developed COVID 19 symptoms however mild as you should stay at home and reschedule your appointment
